We have provided detailed habitat mapping for projects including windfarms, gas pipelines, industrial developments and quarries. We have particular experience in surveys bog and heathland habitat in upland areas.
Mammal surveys include the following:
- Bat surveys using standard batboxes and passive bat monitors for long term data. We also have tree climbing expertise which allows us to survey mature trees.
- We carry out detailed surveys for otter, badger, deer and other protected species.
- We have considerable expertise in fish stock surveys including lamprey and salmonids
- Surveys of kerry slug and freshwater pearl mussel
